The Southern District Attorney's Office today filed an indictment in the Be'er Sheva District Youth Court against a 17-year-old Negev resident, alleging burglary, theft, as well as sodomy and indecent assault on a minor, without her consent, at her parents' home.
The minor committed the acts on a 10-year-old girl during a burglary at a house in a town in southern Israel. The prosecution requested the continued detention of the defendant until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
