The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced Tesfabran Tesfatsion, a foreign citizen from Eritrea who raped and murdered12-year-old Silvana Tsegai in 2018, to life in prison and another 15 years.
In addition, he was fined NIS 258,000, which he is supposed to pay to the deceased's mother.
