Bezalel Smotrich, Chairman of the Religious Zionism party responded to the report, according to which, ahead of elections, Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid called up Chabad-Lubavitch leader to issue serious threat to movement to prevent them from supporting Smotrich's party.
Smotrich says that "Chabad, unlike Lapid, loves everyone no matter what their political affiliation. I'm sure that even now, Chabad still love Lapid like they do every Jew."
