NGO Monitor: 'What are they hiding?'

NGO Monitor questioned the PA's use of children in terror attacks against Israel and UNICEF's role in allowing this phenomenon.

"As UNICEF ignores Palestinian recruitment & use of child soldiers, they lie about Israel to blacklist it alongside ISIS, Boko Haram, al Qaeda."

"Governments, especially Europe, allocate millions to NGOs with explicit intent to blacklist Israel over alleged child rights violations. The grants are built with these violations in mind, so NGOs are incentivized to invent/inflate claims in order to get paid."

"We found [that] UNICEF stopped listing NGO partners after we exposed their collaboration with terror-tied, child rights violating groups. Is UNICEF still partnering with them? What are they hiding?"
