The City of Jerusalem is updating that studies in special education institutions, day care centers and all educational institutions in the yellow and orange neighborhoods, which opened in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health, will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.
The city further said that the light rail will start operating at 7:00 a.m. and all public transportation in the city will resume activity at 8:00 a.m.
