Channel 12 News quoted a senior Health Ministry official saying "Testing those who vaccinated imparts a message of doubt regarding the vaccine's efficacy, while it's not at all clear what would be the meaning of a positive test result in the case of someone who vaccinated.
"We really don't believe that those who vaccinated and then tested positive can infect others," said the official.
