Tel Aviv taxi driver arrested on suspicion of defrauding elderly

Police yesterday arrested a taxi driver who allegedly defrauded elderly customers when he returned change in the banknotes suspected of being counterfeit.

The suspect's remand, a resident of the Shfela, has been extended until tomorrow.
