Chairman of Yamina, Naftali Bennett, reacted to the continued closure of Ben Gurion Airport during an interview with radio 103FM.

"50 years ago, we were faced with terror attacks and plane hijackings but Israel did not close down its borders. What we did do is inspect passengers prior to boarding. When faced with a significant threat, a little common sense and execution can get the job done," Bennett said.

Regarding Finance Minister Israel Katz's statement that this was the last lockdown, he said: "There's no way of knowing this. That is an irresponsible and preposterous thing to say."
