Snow began to fall overnight Tuesday in the northern Golan Heights and later spread to large parts of the Golan Heights.
Due to the storm, schools will remain closed on Wednesday in the northern localities of the Golan Heights, in Sasa and Yir'on in the Upper Galilee, and in Tzfat (Safed).
