Prof. Amit Asa, Assistant Director of Assuta Ashdod Hospital, referred in an interview with Galei Tzahal to the morbidity among children.
"The risk of serious illness in children is very low. Even today, at the height of a significant wave, the number of children hospitalized is small. The chance is about two per 100,000 a year," he said.
