Violent confrontation at Bar Ilan Rd. in Jerusalem

Citizens near Bar Ilan road attempted to impede the progress of construction equipment through the area. A worker began swinging a length of steel chain at them, leading to a disturbance of the peace in the area. Police have been alerted.
