Rabbi Dr. Eli Abadi, the chief rabbi of the Association of Jewish Communities in the Gulf, commented on the move in an interview with Galei Tzahal.
"It is very important that we unite together and help each other. Many Jews do not live as Jews in public - we will help them," said Rabbi Abadi.
