The Haifa Municipality announced that from Monday morning, the educational institutions in the city will operate in full in all neighborhoods, except in the red neighborhoods - Kiryat Shmuel, Kiryat Eliyahu, Neve David and the German Colony.
In the red neighborhoods, classes will be held only outside, according to government guidelines for red cities.
