The University of Oxford has announced that it will recruit 300 volunteers between the ages of 6-17, for a clinical trial of its COVID-19 vaccine.
Up to 240 of the participants will receive the AstraZeneca vaccine, and the control group will receive a meningitis shot.
The company is the world's first to test its vaccine on children so young.
