The Private Kindergarten Forum criticized the government's conduct in opening up the education system.
"Due to the poor management of the Ministry of Welfare and the lack of a clear policy - 60% of private kindergartens did not open this morning. Unfortunately, despite the declarations in the media on the anticipated return to educational institutions, it is unclear to us what is to be done starting this morning," the forum said.
