Electric bicyclist hit by Ashkelon vehicle; condition moderate

An electric bicyclist was moderately injured by a vehicle on David Ben Gurion Boulevard in Ashkelon.

MDA staff treated him and evacuated him to Barzilai Hospital in the city.
