Mayor of Karmiel says shops can open for those vaccinated

The mayor of Karmiel has announced that he will allow the opening of shops and businesses in the city - with the workers and buyers allowed to enter the shops having vaccinated certificates. Also, the number of people in stores at any given moment will be limited.
