The chairman of the Central Election Commission, Judge Uzi Fogelman, this morning (Monday) rejected the Yamina petition against the New Hope party for misleading election propaganda.
Although Judge Fogelman ruled that in the interview in question, Shaked did not say what was attributed to her, on the other hand, it could not be determined that the voter was being misled with propaganda, following what Shaked said in other media interviews.
