The chairman of United Torah Judaism, MK Moshe Gafni, clarified at the beginning of the meeting of the Finance Committee that his party will not be a partner in any coalition unless it passes an Override Clause.
"We demanded it all these years, unfortunately there were parties in the coalition that did not let it happen, this time we will put an end to it and everyone should know, there will be a clear separation between the legislature and the judiciary, there will be an override clause on the High Court."
