At least 7 dead, 170 missing in India floods

A glacial burst in a northern Indian province caused a river to rise out of its banks with at least seven locals dying in the incident. Workers from a nearby powerplant are feared to have been caught in the flooding. According to state officials, at least 170 people remain missing.
