Canada says it 'doesn't recognize Palestinian State'

Following the ICC's decision to persecute Israel over on charges of "war crimes," the Canadian foreign ministry said it didn't recognize a "Palestinian State" and was determined the pursue the "Two-State solution" based on agreement of both sides.
