The Hamas terror group on Saturday praised a ruling by the International Criminal Court (ICC) allowing an investigation into war crimes allegedly committed by Israel in the Palestinian Authority and Gaza.
In a statement, Hamas said: "Any international decision that contributes to the support of the Palestinian people's rights and protects their freedom, is a decision in favor of human rights."
