The Information and Knowledge Center of the National Security Agency wrote in a document distributed before the cabinet meeting that the opening of the education system could lead to a further increase in the infection rate and a re-spread of the plague.
Currently, the infection coefficient is 0.99 and has been on the rise in recent days, according to the Health Ministry.
