Supreme Court judge Anat Baron in a minority opinion said only the third floor of the terrorist who murdered Esther Hargon should be demolished.
"His wife and three children who indisputably had no involvement or knowledge of the atrocities and even in retrospect did not support the acts live on that floor," she wrote.
The judge's opinion was not accepted and the IDF will demolish the two top floors of the building.
