Jewish Home chairwoman Hagit Moshe said religious Zionist parties held negotiations into the early hours of the morning.
Moshe said a joint run with Otzma and Noam was being weighed "in order to avoid a [5th] election," but that Otzma would have to agree to leave the union post-elections.
