More than a dozen ambulances left idling with patients inside

Ichilove, Asaf Harofe, and Kaplan hospitals all report numerous ambulances waiting outside with nowhere to put the patients they are transporting, for a total of fourteen ambulances waiting more than an hour to unload any patients.
