Officer Ofer Shomer, commander of the Tzion Region, referred in an interview on Radio 103FM to the conduct of the police at a funeral yesterday in Jerusalem.
"Any demonstration can be dispersed, but at the cost of bloodshed there is the matter of discretion. We prevented a larger gathering, we distributed fines and prevented a rift among the people," Shomer said.
