98-year-old Rabbi Yitzchak Shiner passes away at Hadassah Ein Kerem

At Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, 98-year-old Rabbi Yitzchak Sheiner, head of the Kamnitz Yeshiva in Jerusalem and a member of the Council of Torah Scholars of Degel HaTorah, passed away.
