The Director-General of the Hadassah Hospital, Prof. Zeev Rotstein, spoke with Reshet Bet radio on Wednesday evening and commented on the British variant of the coronavirus.
"The British variant is more violent, spreads 1.5 times faster than the original virus and also harms children who cannot be vaccinated. It is controlling the haredi sector. The lockdown causes a faster spread in large families," he said.
