The police located a synagogue in the Ramat Shlomo neighborhood of Jerusalem where Torah learning was also held. Dozens of students aged 5-13 were found at the scene and began fleeing from a side door when the forces arrived.
During the interrogation, the teacher stated that he is a special education teacher and even presented a certificate for this, but the certificate was for an institution at another address. A citation was issued to the teacher for disobeying orders.
