An indictment was filed this morning against a Samaria resident for threatening a police officer, violating a legal provision and disrupting an officer performing his duties.
According to the indictment, the defendant refused to accept an order issued against him, threatened police officers and verbally attacked them.
The police department requested that the defendant's detention be extended until the end of legal proceedings.
