Over the past day, Israeli police report issuing 3,567 fines for lockdown violations nationwide.
Most of the fines were handed out to individuals leaving their place of residence for unsubstantiated reasons (2,444), prohibited mass gatherings, failure to wear face coverings in the public space (916) quarantine violations (69), various businesses violations (59), and presence in public areas off-limits during the lockdown (67).
