After two weeks: 11 of those trapped in China mine rescued

After two weeks underground, 11 gold mine workers in Shandong Province in eastern China were rescued alive after being trapped at a depth of about 600 meters as a result of an explosion that occurred earlier this month.

They are part of a group of 22 workers trapped in the blast - at least one of whom was killed, and it is still unclear what the condition of the other ten workers is.
