Chief Justice recuses self in Quality Government motion

Supreme Court Chief Justice Esther Hayut recused herself from sitting in the hearing of the petition filed by the Movement for Quality of Government in the submarine affair due to her acquaintance with Noam Tivon, one of the submitters of the affidavits.
