Vizhnitz Rebbe: "Torah study is an essential service"

The Vizhnitz Rebbe has declared that institutions of Torah study are an essential service and are to remain open despite lockdown rules, and asked that anyone with a grievance over the matter may address him personally. (Yair Sherki, Channel 12)
