Cyprus earthquake felt in parts of Israel

A 5.4 magnitude earthquake 13 km northeast of Larnaca, Cyprus was felt in parts of northern Israel today (Thur).

Cyprus is located in an earthquake-prone part of the Mediterranean basin.

No injuries have been reported following the quake.
