Minister Alon Schuster of Blue and White responded to the delay in passing the Fines Law.
"The Prime Minister is sabotaging the joint war to prevent rallies. If he is not willing to carry out his government's decision - he should resign," Schuster said in an interview with Galei Tzahal.
