Forty people tested COVID-19 positive in a nursing home in Upper Bavaria, and seven are dead, reports inFranken.de. Among the dead are many who had already been vaccinated.
The Miesbach district office says 41 tested COVID-19 positive in the senior citizens' facility, 34 of whom were vaccinated. Seven vaccinated residents and one more person have since died, the district authority announced Tuesday. 24 employees are also ill.
