A 57-year-old man was taken to ER at Hadassah Ein Kerem by MDA after receiving an unmixed second dose of the corona vaccine.
Prof. Kobi Assaf, director of the hospital said, "The patient was brought in after being injected with an unmixed ampoule containing about 5 to 6 vaccine doses. We wish him good health."
