The Ministry of Communications informed Hot Telecom of its intention to impose a fine of NIS 6 million on it, subject to a hearing.
According to the ministry, the company did not comply with the provisions of the "wholesale market" reform, and prevented competing ISPs without infrastructure from using its infrastructure and marketing their products to consumers.
