The National Security Adviser to incoming US President Joe Biden has called on Russia to release opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who was arrested tonight (Sunday) upon landing in Moscow following his hospital stay in Germany.
Navalny alleges he was poisoned by a government agent on an internal flight to Siberia last year.
