Aviad Ben Sedon, one of the leaders of the Tachlis Movement that represents tens of thousands of self-employed people and business owners, attacked the government: "Israel's on its way to crossing the threshold of 4,000 dead of COVID-19 because of a negligent, disfunctional, and failed government.
"If they don't quickly deal with the business owners and allow a responsible opening of the economy, the number of deaths from depression and economic collapse will far exceed the number of COVID victims. If locking down business had led to a real reduction in morbidity, we would have been willing to absorb this human blow. In practice, we are deprived of livelihood and entire families are being destroyed while mortality from the virus climbs day by day," he added.
