Tali Harazi, the widow of Moshe, 47, who died in Ichilov after his ventilator became disconnected: "My husband died for nothing. I hope we get out of this; he was a loving and smiling person. A person who didn't harm anyone. We were informed on Friday that he had a heart event. They didn't talk to us about any problem."
She says the deputy director of Ichilov Hospital spoke to her about the malfunction and promised to complete the investigation on the matter soon.
