The brother of Chen Cohen, the young man who was electrocuted to death yesterday by a downed power line in Kiryat Malachi, told Kan 11: "We've reported this line several times. It fell frequently, and we've heard it explode recently. We live in a third-world country."
'' Either the line fell on him or he stepped on it. There's no reason for an ordinary 26-year-old to go touching a downed power line. Someone will be held accountable for this," the brother added.
