Facebook CEO Adi Sofer Thani today explained in a Kan News interview about the change in Facebook's policy and the WhatsApp app.
"The update only addresses changes regarding how businesses can use the app to contact customers. There is no ability to see the private messages people send and also not hear the calls they are having," Sofer Thani said.
