President Reuven Rivlin called on the Health Minister to vaccinate the prisoner population as well.
"Preventing life-saving medical treatment from people in prison - whether due to a sentence handed down to them by the court or due to their detention before sentencing - is inconsistent with our values, the values of the Jewish and democratic state," Rivlin said.
