Sources in the Likud who spoke with MKs Naftali Bennett and Betzalel Smotrich pledged to them that Netanyahu and the Likud would give up the votes of religious Zionist voters as long as they run separately in the election, Kan News reported.

According to the report, senior Likud officials pledged to both sides: "Run in two different parties - and we won't try to convince the knitted kippahs to vote for Netanyahu."
