New Hope chairman Gideon Sa’ar responded to the Lod court's decision to ban the screening of the film “Jenin Jenin”.
"Better late than never. I welcome the decision of the Lod District Court to ban the screening of the film ‘Jenin Jenin’ which slandered the IDF and its fighters. I took this position, which was adopted by a decision of the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee several months ago. We will always back up the IDF, the most moral army in the world, its commanders and soldiers," Sa’ar said.
