The U.S. Congress is calling on Vice President Mike Pence to enforce the 25th Amendment to the Constitution and remove Donald Trump from office, even though there are only nine days left until the inauguration.
Congress said the clause should be invoked for "incitement to insurgency" and "grave risk to national security and government institutions."
