Police in the Arab Israeli town of Umm al-Fahm noticed a driver who was committing a traffic offense had a passenger in the car with him.
After detaining the driver, police realized the man in question had been required to quarantine on orders of the Ministry of Health.
The driver was fined NIS 5,000 for violating the health guidelines.
